Return and refund policy

At Zu Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

​​Enjoy a hassle-free return & exchange within 7 days from delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the return to reach us. We provide reverse pick-up services with a Rs 100 deduction per order. If your area isn't serviceable, self-ship to our address mentioned below.

For COD orders, receive store credit within 1-2 working days after return pickup. Refunds/bank transfers apply only to prepaid orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: No WhatsApp support. Cancellations are possible until dispatch. Certain product categories, like accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes, aren't returnable for hygiene reasons. Check our portal for details.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Orders from BOGO sales or similar promotions with free products are not eligible for returns.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

If your pin code is non-serviceable, courier the product(s) to: ZU Clothing Pvt. Ltd., No 10/4, 2/1, Govindammal Layout, Samundipuram Main Road, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu - 641603

Ensure secure packaging with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number mentioned. Refunds within 48 hours in case of prepaid; store credit for COD.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customer-provided bank details are final. In case of order delivery status discrepancy, contact us within 24 hours at help@zuclothing.com

Customers must care for the product(s) during possession. Report any non-conformity within 1 day of receipt at help@zuclothing.com

Upon return, we'll examine and notify your refund eligibility via email within 30 working days.
